If you're going to be holding an Open House to try and sell your Tulsa, Oklahoma real estate there are several things that you can do to make it seem more appealing to buyers and entice them to make an offer right then and there.

1. Advertise your Open House online -- Newspaper ads are not very popular and they are expensive. 2. Think about parking ahead of time -- Move all your personal cars and vehicles out of the driveway so that there are plenty of parking spaces. 5. Put up a bulletin board posting -- Make your posting full of pictures of the house during different times of the year or have a laptop showing a slideshow of the home during different seasons.
